  • Booking Confirmation: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be cleared 10 days before the travel date.
  • Cancellation Policy: 30+ days before travel: 20% of total package cost deducted 15–29 days before travel: 50% of total package cost deducted Less than 15 days before travel: 100% cancellation charge (non-refundable)
  • Check-in / Check-out: Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late checkout is subject to hotel policy and availability.
  • Transfers & Sightseeing: All transfers and sightseeing are by private cab. Itinerary timings must be followed as given to ensure smooth travel and sightseeing.
  • Amendments & Rescheduling: Changes in travel dates, hotels, or activities are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
  • Force Majeure: The company is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by weather conditions, road closures, natural calamities, or government restrictions.
  • Entry Fees & Optional Activities: Entry charges for monuments, parks, or adventure activities are payable directly unless explicitly included in the package.
