  • Booking & Payment Terms Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of advance payment. 50% advance required at the time of booking. Balance 50% to be paid at least 7 days before departure.
  • Cancellation Policy 30 days before travel – 10% cancellation fee 15–30 days before travel – 25% cancellation fee 7–14 days before travel – 50% cancellation fee Less than 7 days – 100% cancellation (no refund)
  • Hotel & Transport Policy Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM (standard timings). Similar hotels will be provided in case the listed property is unavailable. AC in cab may not operate in hilly regions for safety reasons. Driver’s duty limited to sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary.
  • General Notes Sightseeing order may change due to weather or local conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by roadblocks, snowfall, or natural events. Guests must carry a valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar/Passport/Voter ID) for hotel check-in and permits. All adventure activities are subject to operator availability and weather.
